All About Response has been analysing consumer buying behaviour on behalf of our clients since 1999. In practice, this has meant gathering and distilling data to help brands understand what, why and how people buy. And then providing actionable reporting and analysis to improve their sales and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
We have worked within a number of key verticals, gaining experience of many disparate market places over time. However, from the outset, we have maintained close ties and always had a particular affinity with brands operating within the electrical sector. As such, we are proud and thankful that clients such as Russell Hobbs, George Foreman, Tefal and Rowenta, who were there at the very beginning, remain with us to the present day.
Times have changed though. The product registration services originally available to electrical manufacturers were markedly different to their modern day counterparts. For example, consumers used to be required to fill in a paper form and then post back to a fulfilment house to be data captured by hand. Basic reporting was provided but it was neither comprehensive nor particularly timely when compared to modern day standards.
Today, PRO resides within and is powered by the GLO data engine – a sophisticated management platform with real time functionality. Developed by All About Response’s programming team, this proprietary software incorporates the very latest cutting edge technology, enabling PRO to offer marketing solutions to our customers at a fraction of the cost of days gone by.
All About Response continues to develop the technologies that drive the PRO service. We are passionate about our work and meticulous in our execution. Our goal is to always challenge accepted practises, pioneer new approaches.
